Vivek Ghiya

As the Managing Director, Vikas is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the company, setting strategic goals, and driving operational excellence. He is known for his dynamic leadership style, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and building high-performing teams.

He specialises in Finance advisory services, Seed/Angel funding, investor growth, having a passion for start-up and small companies in Finance & Technology (Fintech) space.

Vikas has 20 years of experience in IT, Finance, Securities, and Investments.
Vikas holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from Kurukshetra University, India.

Amit is a senior executive with more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience in the alternative asset management, Advisory and banking sectors. 

He has led geographically and culturally diverse teams and have a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, controlling costs, improving governance, and growing outstanding individuals and teams. Amit started my career at JP Morgan where he spent 13 years in a range of senior leadership positions including Head of Equity Synthetics, Equity treasury, Illiquid financing and D1 single stocks . During his tenure, he successfully grew the equity finance business, making it a $250M revenue stream and positioning the bank as a top three player in the market. At Citibank he headed the EMEA FRM (Financial Resources Management) trading team. 

Amit also has Entrepreneurial experience in setting up a Amagis Capital, an alternative asset manager where he served as a portfolio manager. Currently, he is the Managing Director at ASIL Partners and focusses on technology, clean energy, real estate and Infrastructure sectors across the capital structure.

Rajesh Pai

Nidhi leads the Structured Credit Sales and trading corporate bonds, financials and infrastructure names in the US and European Markets. She is also actively involved in trading portfolios backed by commercial real estate and life settlements focusing US and European markets. Nidhi is a key member in the team responsible for placement of oil and gas opportunities emerging from Latin America.

Nidhi joined ASIL Partners from Deutsche Bank working in Institutional Client Group – Synthetic Equity Asia-ex Japan and structured credit teams for 4 years. Her team was responsible for creating access for institutional investors and was instrumental in generating new ideas in restricted equity markets in Asia (ex-Japan) through Delta one products such as Index swaps, P-notes, ETFs, Custom baskets.

Nidhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from India.

Under Aivanaa’s direction, ASIL provides broad advisory services within the fixed income space. Aivanaa’s primary focus is on US and European Asset Backed Securities including MBS as well as CDOs and CLOs. Aivanaa has strong expertise in the US Subprime, he built investment strategies involving hybrid debts (Trups CDOs.aAT1) .

Extensive experience in the US mortgage space. Aivanaa has also been active in raising Equity and Debt Capital markets for early-stage companies.

Aivanaa graduated from the University of Paris – Dauphine with an MSc in Asset Management. He also holds an MSc in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from Science Po – Strasbourg (Uds)

Rajesh Pai is Partner, under his expertise, ASIL’s aims to provide varied currency and interest rate solutions to a varied client base including small regional banks on exotics and hedging solutions to corporates.

Previously, Rajesh was a Foreign Exchange Structurer and Options Trader at Barclays Capital. He was responsible for pricing a variety of FX structured products, managed interest rate risks and created innovative structures for clients. He has also advised large investment banks such as Deutsche Bank and UBS in the Rates and Structured Credit areas carrying out in-depth analysis of complex structured trades including synthetic ABS.

Rajesh is also the Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for Apeiron. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India

 

Himadri Singh

Turlough Cooling

Himadri has 25 years of professional experience working in technology, finance and oil and gas. He has worked at BP in multiple commercial and leadership roles.

He has worked as strategy and performance manager for Africa based asset with annual revenue of over USD 500 million and was instrumental in increasing operating efficiency by 5% over two years. He has been part of core team to deliver additional operating cash of USD 4 billion in 2014.

During his consulting role, he has advised clients on big strategic projects like gas monetization to firming up floating LNG. He has developed build operate and transfer consortium model and has implemented this model in multiple projects. He has excellent commercial and operational knowledge of oil and gas operation.

Recently he has been working with companies in UK to firm up decarbonisation strategy for UK oil and gas operating companies. This included building offshore floating wind farm, supply electricity to O&G infrastructure, bringing the excess to onshore and converting the energy into Hydrogen, Ammonia and Methanol.

He is the founder of Apeiron Management and keen to help small and mid-sized companies during the transformation phase using his commercial, financial and technology experience. He has also helped Tangram shape up its strategy and create value by de-risking big gas portfolio. Himadri hold MBA in Finance from HEC School of Management, Paris and Engineering in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India.

Turlough has 40 years of E&P oil and gas upstream and midstream experience, including natural gas storage operations. He has advised national oil companies, major and independent companies and investors over a wide range of technical, commercial and strategic activities, including new ventures & exploration, techno-economic asset evaluations and field production & development.

Turlough has 18 years of working experience with Chevron/Texaco and his early project was the Highlander field development as a reservoir engineer and he was the production engineer during the commissioning of this subsea development which was one of the first generations of advanced remote-controlled subsea production facilities in the North Sea. Turlough has led various teams working on assets including the Maersk-operated Dan Field, Denmark, planning production and introducing innovative technology such as high-rate water injection to induce large hydraulic fractures and increase oil recovery in the low permeability chalk reservoir.

He was Managing Director at Duke Energy’s and provided petroleum engineering services for clients on global assets across North Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Americas. He joined Fugro Robertson as General Manager to lead, develop and operate a new business branch office for the global organisation. CGG acquired Fugro Robertson. Turlough was a senior management team member of CGG Consulting, a leading geoscience service and consulting company; the Petroleum Reservoir & Economics division director managing the CGG subsurface engineering services and led the advisory subsurface engineering team for the Petronas Europe Gas stores operations.

Before joining Tangram, Turlough’s last appointment was Vice President, Sub-Saharan Africa and Technical Director, Subsurface & Drilling. io consulting is a joint venture created by Baker Hughes and McDermott. Turlough is a co-founder of Apeiron Management a technical, commercial, financial, and corporate advisory operating in the oil & gas, renewables, and Energy Transition sectors. Turlough is registered with the SPE and Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE) and certifies reserves and resources. He holds an MSc. Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, and a BSc. Civil Engineering from Queen Mary College, London University.
